- Members can seek guidance on legal and financial matters through a consultation or by requesting specific services.
- The first consultation call is free; follow-up consultations and additional services will be charged as per the partner’s pricing.
- While we ensure a prompt turn around time, some requests may take time to process, and response times may vary based on the nature of the query.
- WhatsApp is a platform only to collect requests. Members will be connected with partners via email for next steps (for confidentiality purposes).

3. Lifestyle Concierge Services
- Members can access the Offline Concierge, powered by Pinch Lifestyle, for lifestyle and personal assistance.
- All requests to the concierge will be collected and handled only via WhatsApp. 
- Lifestyle Concierge Services are not available in the UAE. However, UAE-based members may avail these services for requests related to India.
- Members can avail the following list of services from the lifestyle manager.

4. Business Hours
- The Founders’ Clinic operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST). Legal and financial services, offered through the clinic, are available only on weekdays, whereas lifestyle manager services are accessible seven days a week.
- Lifestyle manager services are available 7 days a week whereas legal/financial experts are not available on Saturday and Sunday. 
- Requests can be submitted outside of business hours, and partners will respond during working hours.

5. Disclaimer and Liability
- Offline provides a platform to connect members with legal and financial experts but does not provide any legal or financial advice directly.
- Offline is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of any advice, consultation, or service provided by partner professionals.
- Members are advised to exercise their own judgment before acting on any recommendations given by the partners.

6. Fees and Payments  

For Legal and Financial Experts
- The first consultation call is free for all members.
- Any follow-up calls, detailed advisory, or execution of services will be chargeable as per the respective partner’s rates.
- Payments for services will be handled directly between the member and the partner.

For Lifestyle Concierge
- The lifestyle concierge is free for the services listed above for all the members. 
- Any costs incurred for third-party vendor payments, product purchases, tickets, reservations, transportation, or any other expenses related to the requested service shall be solely borne by the member.

7. Amendments
Offline reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued usage of the Founder’s Clinic implies acceptance of any updates.
